Sony is expected to launch its Xperia XA Ultra smartphone on July. The company has teased the launch on its official Twitter handle. This is the fourth smartphone in Sony's Xperia X lineup. Some industry insiders informed that the device might be priced around Rs 28,000 to Rs 30,000.
As the name suggests, the Sony Xperia XA Ultra is the Xperia XA's upgraded model. It features a larger 6-inch Full HD display as compared to the Xperia XA's 5-inch HD display. The display is powered by Sony Mobile Bravia Engine 2 technology. The Android 6.0 Marshmallow-based device packs an octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 (MT6755) processor, clubbed with 3GB RAM and Mali GPU.
The Sony Xperia XA Ultra is backed by a 2700mAh battery, while the Xperia XA is packs a lower 2300mAh battery. It also supports GPS, A-GPS, 4G LTE, Bluetooth v4.1, Wi-Fi, NFC, DLNA and micro-USB connectivity. The smartphone measures 164.2 x 79.4 x 8.4mm and will be available in Black, White and Lime Gold colour options.
